How do you play the Gradient Game?
In Gradient Game, you're presented with a jumbled arrangement of color tiles. Your goal is to sort these tiles into a perfect gradient by moving as few tiles as possible. The game is simple to learn but offers increasing challenges as you advance to boards with more gradient tiles.
How do I earn points in the Gradient Game?
On each completed level, you will earn 10 points for each color tile in the puzzle, plus 50 points for any unused moves. If you use more than the allowed number of moves, you lose 25 points per excess move. If you submit an incorrect gradient, you lose half your points! Study the gradient carefully before submitting.
Can I sort colors without keeping score?
Yes! You can opt not to keep score. If you disable score keeping, you can then select any level in the game to start sorting. Advanced users may wish to skip directly to higher, more challenging levels.
